The first class of women at Harvard Law School entered and there were no women’s bathrooms. I would say that in 1953 Harvard Law School had Gender Diversity. I would not say they didn’t have Gender Inclusion.

We have to notice who isn’t included at the table so that we can make room for them at the table. She teaches “difference conscious” and “difference competence” as ways to break down barrier and move forward.
